Who handles your enquiry
Asia Links Computer, Pune, collects information you submit so staff can respond to your device or product-related enquiry. Privacy questions and deletion requests can be made on WhatsApp at +91 9922800012 or asialinkscomputers@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
Your name, mobile number, device type, optional brand/model, requirement, preferred contact method and optional callback preference help staff understand and respond. We record your enquiry permission, enquiry history, staff notes, status and follow-up time.
Bounded page/campaign and referral-host information may be recorded to understand where enquiries originate. We do not ask for passwords, payment information or private files in the form. Enquiry permission does not subscribe you to marketing.
Access, storage and third parties
Authenticated staff can access enquiry records. Hosting/database vendors store application data, and a human-verification service may process checks to reduce spam. Exact production vendors and retention details will be documented before launch. We do not enable external analytics until the applicable privacy choices are approved.
WhatsApp and Google Maps links take you to third-party services governed by their own policies. Clicking a WhatsApp link does not automatically submit a website lead or send a message.
Cookies and attribution
Security cookies bind form submissions and protect staff sessions. Temporary browser-session storage may retain first-touch campaign context; if storage is unavailable, the form still works. Optional external analytics remains off by default.
Retention and your requests
Enquiry data is kept for the approved business-response period, with a proposed default of 12 months after last activity for non-converted enquiries, subject to owner approval. Converted-record and backup retention must be finalized before publication. Request correction or deletion through our contact channel; staff will assess and handle the request, including personal information in notes and history.
